With the cost of our youth and Kid's Camp being what they are we sometimes wonder. But check out the big pictures results and answer for yourselves.
From our own group there were 6 kids who made decisions for Christ. Who can put a price tag on that? Praise God!

Tuesday, August 23, Pastor Hans took the Oath of Citizenship and was sworn in as a Citizen of the United States of America. Hans has persued this goal for many years. It was truely a very special day. There were over 680 people from 42 countries who took the oath with our Senior Pastor at the Fresno Convention Center. It was amazing to see people from so many cultures stand, take the oath, and sing our National Anthem and wave their personal American flags. God Bless the USA.
The Financial Seminar is under way. Following a series of messages dealing with God's plan for how we view and use our money many expressed an interest in attending the seminar and learning more. It takes place each Sunday evening at 7:00 P.M. For more information contact Pastor Hans 209-852-2029
The dust has now settled and we have had a chance to reflect back on that great week. Every day the kids were excited as they explored the truth of how special they are to God. We want to thank Joy Miller and the entire VBS staff for all their hard work as they ministered to these kids. The VBS project has been a blessing to the Lake Don Pedro community for years. So, if you know of anyone who helped out give them a big hug and "God Bless You" for what they have done.
We are so thankful for the progress that has been made on getting the new modulars to where they are now. The final inspection was complete and we now have our occupancy permit. That doesn't mean the work is over by any means. We will begin the build-out shortly, putting up interior walls etc.
We owe a special thanks to Tony Souza and all those who help move this along. Also Yvonne Holt has done a great job with the flowers and beautiful pots around the building .Here are a few photos.
